With a presence on the Asda and British Deer Farmer's Association stand, we'll
also be taking part in the Cookery theatre with Stephanie Moon where you will
be able to see a super demonstration of our venison.

FARMING NEWS ......STOP PRESS.....THE UK'S FIRST ROUNDHOUSE FOR DEER
In October 2009, HFV owner, Nigel Sampson was proud to launch the very first
UK deer handling system based on the award winning Roundhouse building. This building
is ideally suited to deer, as well as other livestock. Due to it's shape and
design, it allows animals a stress free environment.
Whilst allowing them to retain their family groups, they are able to see each
other at all times, providing for the social aspect of the animal's welfare. Holme
Farmed Venison is proud to be the first deer farm to erect this innovative building,
a major breakthrough in ethical deer farming.
