Wild Boar produced on natural grassland and woodland, take twelve to fourteen
months to mature on a feed primarily rooted from the terrain. The meat is well
marbled and has a distinctive flavour all of its own. Wild Boar, known as Sanglier
in France is eaten widely on the Mediterranean Corridor, and is regularly seen
on the menus of most Restaurants.
