a speciality from the Umbrian region of Italy. We offer here Porchetta Medallions
which come in 2-2.2kg Rolled Medallions and are seasoned with a mixture of bay
leaves, garlic, fresh rosemary and seasonings. They are ideal for a dinner party
and can be traditionally roasted, having rubbed the skin with olive oil and salt,
with the emphasis being to ensure the crackling is even all the way round giving
an aromatic and juicy flavour.
