Venison is a versatile meat so can be prepared with a variety of flavours, be they sharp, sweet or spicy. To add an extra dimension try redcurrant and cranberry jelly, citrus fruits or thyme and rosemary. Alternatively use spices such as cloves, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg to add a unique taste to our venison.
